It seems as if the Vendor is trying to get a better vantage point to watch the dogsled race. Unfortunately for them, it's quite difficult to move the ice cream station while they're living inside of it, and doesn't appear willing to leave it, either. Alisaie will see them laboriously dragging their cart through the forest, using the trees as support beams with their big claws, heading toward the downtown area.
Perhaps due to embarrassment, if she makes any attempt at approaching or helping, they'll retreat inside of their station, closing the hatch over their head and refusing to come back out. Otherwise, they'll continue onward with single-minded determination. What a unit!
And she sure does try to help. Even vaguely horrifying ice cream crabs deserve to get a good seat for the races, after all.
Unfortunately, she's still down a hand, and can't maneuver the cart through the trees on her own all that much better than the Vendor can. Eventually, after attempting several times to cajole them into coming out so they can see if two sets of limbs are better at maneuvering the thing than one, she'll give up and leave them to whatever it is ice cream crabs do.
